PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING TIMES

All of our jewelry is made to order in our studio. Please  allow 3 weeks for shipping as we  process and handmake your order. Our clothing is made to order in very limited runs to reduce waste and overproduction. Each lead-time will vary, based on the style/ fabric and will be updated in the product listing for each style.

CARE

Our made to order clothing is made with care and the intention to be well loveD. To reduce energy and contamination of water sources with the shedding of fibers, we recommend spot cleaning, hand washing cold and flat drying. This will also keep your pieces in great condition longer.

Our JEWELRY pieces are made by hand of natural ELEMENTS and antique findings and RECYCLED metals. Natural stones AND PEARLS should be handled with care and protected from  heat and impact. The stones can be gently cleaned with a damp cloth. Silver and Gold chains can be cleaned with mild hand soap. To protect your piece, it is best if you avoid wearing it in water, extreme heat or cold.  The wear of the finish over time is a natural and intended aspect of each piece. To cleanse the stones, smudge with sage or refresh the energy by placing your jewelry underneath the light of the full moon.

SHIPPING

Once your order has shipped from our studio, domestic orders may arrive between 1-10 business days, depending on location and which shipping method you have selected. Items labeled Made to Order have variable lead times, and are updated on product pages. We appreciate your patience as each piece is made after it is ordered by our  Designer, or our production team in order to reduce waste and only make what is ordered. REPAIRS

Our goal is for your pieces to be kept for the long run. If it gets damaged and needs to be repaired, please let us know within 1 month of receiving it of defects in materials or workmanship. We will happily repair free of charge. For damage that occurs from natural wear, or after that time frame, we will evaluate on a case by case basis and charge a fee  based on the labor and materiasl needed to repair. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS

Please note that each of our styles is made to order to reduce waste and overproduction.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer store credit in exchange for your return within 10 days of the arrival of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition (unused and in its original packaging). Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please be sure that the delivery address provided is correct AND SECURE. we are not responsible once your order is in transit.
